Port Melbourne Dual Occupancy

Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, selected a site in central Dandenong suitable for a new Headspace centre.

The 360sqm centre needed to accommodate for both staff and public in a manner sensitive to both the use and function with consideration to accessibility for all.

Careful design with close consultation with Headspace, Equal Access and Rod Bethune & Associates (building surveyor) allowed this to be achieved while ensuring the centre was presented in a contemporary fashion consistent with other Headspace centres across Australia.

This site required a Change of Use & Signage Planning Permit, Hoarding Permit and Building Permit.
