Darrin is the founding director of Sketch and brings close to 20 years of professional experience to the group. His key role is to maintain the companies vision and work closely with the team. Darrin has guided the steady growth of the practice through his passion for Building Design, Business and respect for the people surrounding him. He has a thorough knowledge of the building  industry, an unforgiving eye for detail combined with a common sense design approach.

Andrew became a co-director of Sketch in 2007. He plays an integral role as the experienced lead designer. Andrew believes in fostering a creative relationship with our clients. He does that by listening, sharing ideas and personalising the design services to suit individual needs. Andrew has a great ability of balancing between the best, practical design solution and the client’s vision.

Marlene became a committed member of  the Sketch team in 2008. She has a thorough knowledge of Town Planning Processes as well as Project co-ordination. Marlene is highly organized with strong communication skills. She enjoys working closely with our clients and consultants to ensure the optimum result is achieved.

Chris came to us in 2010 with relevant industry experience in design and documentation. During his time, he has worked on various types of residential projects and has a unique ability to make any project his own. Chris has a practical design philosophy and can execute his ideas into clear, buildable drawings for both presentation and permit requirements.

Jessica has been an important part of the Sketch fabric since 2009. Originally from Tasmania, she has had many years of practical, industry experience. Jessica is a highly efficient multi tasker backed by her strong organisational and communication skills. She has a solid understanding of construction principles which enables her to work closely with our builder clients. Jessica is committed to delivering clean, accurate documentation in a timely manner.

Ryan became an integral member of our team in 2010. Through hard work and commitment to his career, Ryan has developed into an outstanding draftsperson. He has strong construction knowledge, problem solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail. Ryan works closely with the design team to ensure that all documentation is executed appropriately and delivered accordingly.

William started at Sketch in 2013 after re-locating from Sydney where he had worked as an architectural draftsperson for three years. William came from a builder background so he was a perfect fit for our group. He possesses solid construction knowledge, is very organized and very particular with regards to the documentation he produces.

Jarrod’s addition to the Sketch lineup has added depth and stability to our design department. He has gained experience and a solid understanding of design and building principles through his previous roles over the past five years. Jarrod is dedicated, organized and passionate about his role working predominantly on our Town Planning related projects.

Will joined our team in 2014 after impressing us with his enthusiasm and a glowing reference working and learning alongside a respected Melbourne architect. He has a friendly personality, is a strong communicator with a passion and dedication to learn. He is constantly soaking up as much knowledge as he can off the more experienced staff. His positive approach is enabling him to fast track his learning and become an important member of the building team.

Laurine joined our team in 2015 as an accounts manager / receptionist.
Originally from Paris, she provides a broad knowledge of accountancy and administration processes. Laurine likes to take initiative and is always willing to learn new things. She relishes the opportunity to make sure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently to ensure that we deliver a professional service to exceed our clients expectations.
